• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant QA/QC experience, preferably in E&I, electrical, solar farm, BESS, TNB, Oil & Gas or industrial projects.

• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspection and testing requirements, ITP, NCR and quality documentation.

• Familiar with relevant engineering standards, codes and client specifications.

• Experience in handling client inspections, quality audits and project documentation.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

• Good leadership and team management abilities.

• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with project teams, clients and subcontractors.

• Willing to travel and work at project sites when required.

• Lead and manage QA/QC activities throughout the project lifecycle, from engineering and procurement to construction, testing and commissioning.

• Develop, implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements and quality procedures.

• Ensure project works comply with client specifications, approved drawings, relevant standards, codes and contractual requirements.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal project teams on quality-related matters.

• Conduct and coordinate inspection, testing and quality surveillance at project sites.

• Review and verify material approvals, technical submissions, inspection reports, test certificates and quality documentation.

• Monitor and control Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), Corrective Actions (CAR) and preventive actions until closure.

• Identify quality issues and provide appropriate corrective and preventive solutions.

• Conduct internal quality audits and support client/third-party inspections and audits.

• Ensure proper compilation and submission of QA/QC documentation and final project quality dossiers.

• Monitor subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with project quality requirements.

• Prepare regular quality reports and provide updates to the Project Manager and management.

• Lead and mentor QA/QC Engineers, Inspectors and junior quality personnel.
