Possess knowledge in electrical systems, especially switchboards

Prior experience in a production/manufacturing environment preferred

Good leadership and communication skills

Able to work independently and manage a team

Proficient in English and/or Mandarin

Plan, organize, and oversee daily production operations to ensure smooth workflow

Lead and manage production staff to meet output, quality, and delivery targets

Oversee production processes involving electrical works, including switchboard-related matters

Ensure production activities comply with safety and quality standards

Coordinate with other departments to support overall operations

Prepare production reports and updates for management
