Project: Digital Banking Customer service

Working hours and shift:

* Working Hours: 24/7, rotational shift

* Working Days: Monday – Sunday (5 working days, 2 off days)

Location: Sunway Visio, Sunway Velocity

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist via calls, chat, and email, handling basic such as login issues, navigation, fund transfers, payment inquiries, as well as deposit accounts, credit card services, and fraud/scam-related cases.

* Maintain records, follow policies, and escalate complex cases when needed.

Salary remuneration:

* Basic : RM2,800 – RM3,200 (Depends on the experience)

* KPI up to RM450 (based on performance)

* Night shift allowance up to RM300 per month

Joining date: 12th Oct 2026

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
