Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in Key Account Management within the FMCG or retail industry.

Possess established working relationships with local retail, modern trade, or wholesaler buyers.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales metrics, monitor account-level P&L, and prepare accurate demand forecasts.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Strong business acumen with the ability to identify sales and growth opportunities.

Manage and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, retail chains, modern trade customers, and wholesalers.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Monitor account performance, sales trends, and profitability to identify business opportunities.

Prepare sales forecasts and ensure accurate demand planning based on market trends and customer requirements.

Negotiate pricing, promotions, contracts, and business terms with key customers.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, stock availability, and timely product delivery.

Monitor promotional activities and evaluate their effectiveness to maximise sales performance.

Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and business issues professionally and promptly.

Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing customer partnerships.

Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on account performance to management.
