Mainly responsible for managing all commercial, financial, and contractual aspects of active construction projects. Leveraging quantitative analysis and digital measurement methodologies, the position covers structural take-offs, comprehensive tender evaluation, progress claim optimization, variation order management, and final account settlement. The ideal candidate will combine foundational financial principles with modern digital tools to maximize project profitability and ensure absolute compliance with contract terms.

1) Progress Claims & Valuation Management

·       Site Assessments: Conduct regular physical site inspections to measure, cross-verify, and audit actual construction milestones achieved against project timelines.

·       Client Billing: Prepare and submit accurate, timely monthly progress payment claims to the Client/Consultant to optimize corporate cash flow.

·       Subcontractor Valuations: Evaluate inbound monthly invoices from subcontractors, issue formal payment certificates, and execute necessary back-charge documentation.

2) Variation Orders (VO) &Arbitration

·       Deviation Identification: Actively detect deviations between actual site executions and the original contract blueprints to capture hidden costs.

·       VO Negotiations: Price, substantiate, and negotiate variation orders with clients and subcontractors to secure swift commercial agreements.

3) Digital Workflow & Final Accounts

·       Final Settlement: Reconcile, arbitrate, and finalize comprehensive project closing accounts with all contractual parties upon project delivery.

·       BIM & Tech Integration: Utilize digital measurement tools(e.g., Cubicost, Glodon, CostX) to automate quantity workflows, aligning data practices with modern digital transformation standards.

Job Requirements &Qualifications

·       Education: Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Finance, Financial Technology (Fintech), or a highly quantitative analytical discipline.

·       Technical Skills: Proficiency with advanced MS Excel structures and exposure to modern construction technology platforms or digital take-off software.

·       Competencies: Strong logical reasoning, analytical rigor in managing numbers, exceptional negotiation capabilities for vendor administration, and clear professional reporting skills.
