Job Description:
Provide administrative and clerical support toProject Managers and project teams throughout all phases of constructionprojects.
Manage project documentation, filing, documentcontrol, data entry, records, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals,contracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
Coordinate project meetings, schedules, meetingrooms, minutes, attendance, action items, follow-ups, and distribution ofproject information.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding actions,deliverables, approvals, and documentation to ensure timely completion andproper record keeping.
Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing,payments, billing coordination, and related administrative documentation.
Liaise with clients, consultants, vendors,subcontractors, and internal departments to obtain required information,documentation, and approvals.
Maintain project management systems, logs,records, and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Support project reporting, presentations,project closeout documentation, warranties, operation manuals, and finaldocument submissions.
Manage office supplies, printing, scanning,laminating, distribution of site documents, safety posters, permits, andsignage.
Ensure proper filing, document control, andcompliance with company policies, project requirements, and applicable safetyregulations.
Perform other administrative and ad-hoc dutiesas assigned by Management.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or relevant experience as a construction admin
1 to 3 years of administrative experience, ideally in the construction sector
Strong command of Microsoft Office
