Handles work schedules.
Liaisons between contractors, subcontractors, vendors and suppliers.
Manage the work methodologies and materials to ensure that construction projects are delivered on time, on budget and within laws and regulations.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all project-related.
Provide expert advice on procurement, risk management and cost-saving measures.
Knowledge in Electrical, ACMV and BMS works.
