Business Development Manager

We are looking for a self-driven, ambitious Business Development Manager to join our sales activities in Singapore and the wider SEA region. If you possess a passion for consultative selling, digital software, and the freedom to leave your own mark on a growing business, this could be your next career defining move.

What you’ll be doing

• Hunt for new business opportunities and generate a robust pipeline across Singapore and the SEA region.
• Lead high-impact pitches, deliver capability presentations, and craft winning proposals/tenders for innovative learning solutions.
• Own key regional accounts, building deep, long-term relationships with clients at all hierarchy levels.
• Support our partner network with presentations and lead local marketing initiatives (conferences, events, etc.) aligned with global strategies.
• Provide clients with basic introductions and training on our products, keeping data sharp within our CRM.

What you’ll need

• 5+ years of success in Technology Sales, Business Development, or Software Consulting.
• Prior experience or familiarity with LMS, HR Software, E-Learning, Digital Content, or Knowledge Management systems is highly beneficial.
• A proactive, autonomous workflow paired with a reliable, "can-do" attitude.
• The ability to quickly grasp customer HR processes and match them to our tech solutions.
• Willingness to travel internationally is a must.
