岗位职责
The Active Ageing Division (AAD) (Cognitive) team partners stakeholders to develop cognitive-related Active Ageing Programmes that support frailty management and seniors’ wellbeing. This role coordinates stakeholder engagement, partnerships, secretariat functions and programme delivery.
Support the implementation of cognitive-related initiatives through engagement and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, healthcare partners, Active Ageing Centres (AACs), subject matter experts and Institute of Higher Learnings (IHLs)
Support cross-agency and internal work planning activities, including monitoring key timelines, deliverables, follow-up actions, and project milestones
Provide secretariat and administrative support for workstreams, stakeholder engagements, and advisory committees, including meeting scheduling, preparation of materials, coordination of logistics, documentation of discussions, tracking of action items, and follow-up with stakeholders
Coordinate and consolidate inputs from subject matter experts to support programme development, review, and implementation
Support the planning, development and review of training curricula for manpower at AACs to strengthen capabilities and improve the quality and consistency of Active Ageing Programmes (AAPs)
Support the preparation and dissemination of resources through existing stakeholder communication channels to facilitate awareness and adoption
Requirements
Degree holder with at least 2 years of relevant experience in stakeholder engagement, secretariat support, healthcare, social services, public sector or related fields and a strong interest in active ageing and cognition
Demonstrate good administrative and organisational skills, excel in programme management in line with organisational standards
Good stakeholder engagement, programme/project coordination skills.
Analytical, proactive, meticulous, and self-driven with the ability to work independently
Strong verbal and written communication skills; good interpersonal and coordination skills
Responsible, resourceful, and a team player who is comfortable handling both strategic and administrative aspects of programme planning and implementation
