任职资格

Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing channels, and interview methods.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, job portals, and HR systems.
Experience in recruiting for sales, marketing, training, and creative roles is an added advantage.

岗位职责

Manage the full recruitment cycle including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and headhunting.
Conduct interviews (phone, online, and physical) and coordinate with hiring managers for final selection.
Prepare job advertisements, recruitment reports, and hiring documentation.
Manage offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding arrangements.
Monitor recruitment performance metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
Build and maintain a strong employer branding presence on social media and job platforms.
Ensure recruitment compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
Mentor and guide junior HR or recruitment staff when required.
