* Atleast 2 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, social media content, advertising content, or creative marketing.

* Strong ability to write catchy hooks, captions, headlines, scripts, and selling points.

* Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, and short-form video trends.

* Strong understanding of Malaysia social media culture, local trends, slang, and audience behavior.

* Able to create content that is both creative and conversion-driven.

* Good English and Chinese writing ability. Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.

* Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, TikTok, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools is preferred.

* Able to work with designers, editors, KOLs, and marketing teams.

* Able to work on-site in Malaysia.

* Creative, fast-moving, detail-oriented, and result-driven.

Key Responsibilities

* Create content ideas for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, and other social platforms.

* Write strong hooks, captions, headlines, short video scripts, ad copy, and campaign messages.

* Develop content angles based on audience pain points, trends, product features, promotions, and campaign objectives.

* Plan weekly and monthly content calendars for social media and campaign launches.

* Support the paid ads team with ad copy, creative angles, UGC-style scripts, and testing ideas.

* Research social media trends, viral formats, competitor content, memes, local slang, and Malaysia audience behavior.

* Work with designers, video editors, KOLs, and marketing teams to produce content.

* Create content for awareness, engagement, lead generation, conversion, reactivation, and brand trust.

* Review content performance such as views, engagement, CTR, leads, conversion, and cost per result.

* Continuously improve content based on data, audience feedback, and campaign performance.

* Ensure all content follows brand tone, platform guidelines, and company direction.
