about the job

An end-to-end regional operations lead taking full ownership of 3PL management, market S&OP, inventory, and cross-border logistics across both Malaysia and Singapore.

• 3PL & Logistics Management: Drive vendor performance and SLA compliance across warehouse, e-commerce, and retail distribution networks, directly managing top-tier 3PL partners.

• Demand, Supply & S&OP Planning: Lead market-level S&OP/IBP cycles for Singapore and Malaysia-optimizing forecast accuracy (MAPE/Bias), inventory allocation, safety stock, and demand plans to align supply directly with commercial category goals and revenue margins.

• Commercial Inventory & Reverse Logistics: Oversee end-to-end inventory health, working capital optimization, SLOB risk mitigation, and localized reverse logistics workflows (returns, refurbishments, and warranty compliance) for small electrical home appliances.

• Continuous Improvement & Systems: Optimise inbound freight flows, operational master data, ERP (SAP), and 3PL EDI connectivity while leading Cost-to-Serve reduction projects and annual productivity initiatives.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with regional teams, sales, and external vendors to proactively de-risk operational bottlenecks and prepare scalable infrastructure for future market expansion.

skills and experience required

• Min. 15 years of experience with mandated experiences in FMCG industries

• Mandatory operational and supply chain leadership experience spanning both Singapore and Malaysia.

• Direct experience managing large-scale 3PL networks.

• Strong S&OP capability driven by financial acumen.
