Job Summary

Support corporate finance transactions including IPOs, M&A, and Debt Advisory by conducting financial analysis, preparing client materials, coordinating project workstreams, and assisting deal execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute corporate finance transactions such as IPOs, M&A, Debt Advisory, and financial advisory engagements to support department goals
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to facilitate accurate transaction execution
• Prepare pitch materials including pitchbooks and client presentations to support new business development activities
• Coordinate project workstreams among internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient deal progress
• Assist in deal execution tasks including due diligence, financial modeling, and transaction structuring to meet client requirements
• Manage day-to-day project activities and foster cross-functional collaboration to maintain workflow continuity
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (Bloomberg, Capital IQ) to analyze data and create client-ready visualizations
• Perform efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment to meet project milestones

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Strategic Advisory, or related field
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders and deliver insights
• Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in financial analysis and client deliverables
• Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to support client interactions and internal coordination
