Customer Service Representative

Location: KL

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer enquiries through calls and provide professional customer support in English.
• Assist customers with their questions, concerns and service-related requests.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues.
• Resolve customer complaints while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain proper documentation and update customer information in the system.
• Follow company procedures, service standards and quality guidelines.
• Achieve assigned customer service and performance targets.

Requirements

• Diploma qualification or above.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Customer-oriented attitude with good problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a rotational shift environment.
