Dorsett Kwun Tong, Hong Kong would like to invite individuals who have the passion to serve and join our team:
Job Description:
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly analyses of hotel booking trends, market performance, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts to identify growth opportunities.
Manage relationships with key distribution partners to drive business growth.
Manage hotel and room-type inventory and availability across all booking platforms, ensuring accurate rate loading and maintaining parity across all distribution channels.
Work with Sales team to develop and implement coordinated pricing and inventory strategies and appropriate booking guidelines.
Prepare and present reports on distribution performance, trends, and recommendations to management.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in hotel distribution management or revenue management.
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills and strong initiative.
Familiar with OPERA Cloud is an advantange.
