Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and diagnostics for commercial electric vehicles and passenger Vehicle.
Support service centers and customers in resolving complex technical issues efficiently.
Liaise with Factory engineering and technical teams on product issues, root cause analysis, and solutions.
Conduct vehicle inspections, fault analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
Assist in commissioning, testing, and handover of new vehicles.
Deliver technical training and guidance to service teams, dealers, and customers.
Monitor vehicle performance and provide feedback for product improvement.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of technical cases, service reports, and maintenance records.
Support warranty claims assessment and technical validation.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in automotive aftersales, field service, or technical support.
Experience with commercial vehicles, EV systems, passenger vehicle or heavy vehicles.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical and diagnostic skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel).
Hands-on and independent for on-site support.
