Salary:
$2,300 basic + AWS + monthly sales incentives

Permanent, Full-Time
Job Responsibilities
Assist customers with eyewear selection based on their preferences and needs.
Provide product recommendations and explain eyewear features.
Support daily retail operations, cashiering and stock replenishment.
Maintain attractive product displays and store presentation.
Work towards individual and store sales targets.
Requirements
Retail or customer service experience is advantageous.
Comfortable engaging customers and recommending products.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-driven with a positive attitude.
Able to work retail shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Candidates without optical retail experience are welcome to apply.
Working Hours
5-day work week, 44 hours weekly.
Rotating retail shifts.
