Key Responsibilities

Upgrade the existing application's Node.js and React.js versions.

Review and resolve compatibility issues arising from version upgrades.

Re-engineer the existing on-premises storage integration to use Amazon S3.

Implement and maintain application functionality for file uploads, downloads and storage access as required.

Perform application testing, debugging and troubleshooting to ensure system stability.

Collaborate with the SoftwareOne team responsible for application architecture.

Work with the existing PostgreSQL database team to support application-related requirements.

Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities.

Requirements

Hands-on experience in Node.js and React.js development.

Experience upgrading and maintaining existing applications.

Practical experience integrating Amazon S3 or AWS storage services into applications.

Understanding of application integration, APIs and file storage mechanisms.

Familiarity with application testing, debugging and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of AWS services and cloud-based application development.

Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience migrating application storage from on-premises environments to AWS.

Familiarity with PostgreSQL and database-driven applications.

Experience with application modernisation and dependency compatibility management.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
