岗位职责
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities for air and sea freight services.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
Conduct sales calls, customer visits, presentations, and follow-ups.
Understand customers' logistics requirements and recommend suitable freight solutions.
Prepare quotations and negotiate rates and commercial terms with customers.
Coordinate with operations and overseas agents to ensure smooth shipment handling.
Follow up on sales leads, quotations, and opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Monitor market conditions, freight rates, and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Follow up on outstanding payments where required.
Provide regular sales activity and pipeline reports to management.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure good customer service and timely shipment execution.
Requirements
Minimum
3 years of relevant experience
in freight forwarding, logistics, cargo sales, or shipping.
Experience in
Air Freight and/or Sea Freight
is preferred.
Good understanding of freight forwarding processes, shipping documentation, and logistics services.
Existing customer or industry network is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development when required.
