Key responsibilities

Handle client onboarding cases, where liaison/follow up with customers for opening account, KYC, etc.

Works with sales manager to ensure that all the client servicing requirements from the clients.

Assist to complete client RFP/Due Dilligence documents during the onboarding process.

Communicate with internal stake holders (portfolio managers, credit officers, operations etc.), including HQ teams in PRC.

Arrange and participate in client meetings/calls, assist in producing marketing materials such as client presentations, pitch books, product profiles.

Assist ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
About you

Bachelor Degree or above in Finance, Banking, Economic, Business Administration or related disciplines.

At least 2 years client service, middle office, sales and marketing experience, preferably gained from PRC financial industry.

Knowledge on financial market and product such as RQFII, QFII, ETFs etc.

Fluent Mandarin and English, Cantonese is preferred.
