Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of batching plant equipment
• Carry out mechanical repairs and troubleshoot plant equipment and systems
• Diagnose equipment faults and implement corrective actions
• Inspect silo level sensors, ventilation pipes and pumping pipes according to schedule
• Perform batching plant shutdown and start-up procedures for preventive maintenance works
• Maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse and equipment after maintenance activities
• Record maintenance activities, inspections and repair works accurately
• Coordinate with supervisors and engineers on maintenance planning and execution
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health and environmental requirements during maintenance activities

Job Requirements

• Minimum secondary education level or equivalent
• Welding and cutting skill are required
• Basic electrical knowledge is an advantage
• Able to work independently and with a positive attitude under tight schedules
• Good team player and hardworking
• Able to read/ understand and communicate in English
• Willing to work on rotating shift hours
