Job Title: Preschool Teacher

Key Responsibilities
Plan and implement age-appropriate learning experiences aligned with the school's curriculum and learning goals.
Foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and language development.
Create a warm, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
Observe, assess, and document children's progress and developmental milestones.
Maintain accurate student records, portfolios, and progress reports.
Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all children at all times.
Establish positive relationships and communicate regularly with parents regarding children's development and classroom activities.
Support children's learning through play-based and inquiry-based approaches.
Organize classroom resources and maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
Participate in school events, staff meetings, professional development activities, and parent engagement programmes.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and school leadership to support school initiatives and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (DECCE-T) or equivalent recognized qualification.
Minimum ECDA L1 Certification.
Minimum 1-2 years of preschool teaching experience preferred.
Strong understanding of child development and early years pedagogy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate, caring, patient, and committed to nurturing young learners.
Proficient in English; additional languages will be an advantage.
Valid First Aid Certification is preferred.
