We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Sales Assistant & Live Host. This role combines online customer service, sales follow-ups, order coordination and live hosting on social media platforms.

Candidates with relevant experience are welcome, and fresh graduates who are willing to learn are encouraged to apply. Training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp and social media platforms.
• Follow up with potential customers, provide product information and assist in closing sales.
• Coordinate customer orders and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.
• Host TikTok and Facebook Live sessions for approximately 2 hours daily.
• Use AI tools to support customer communication, sales follow-ups and daily tasks.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions and product launches.
• Work towards sales targets and provide a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Experience in online sales, customer service, telesales, retail sales or live hosting is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable communicating with customers through WhatsApp and social media.
• Confident and willing to host live sessions or learn live hosting.
• Proactive, responsible and motivated to achieve sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of social media; willingness to learn AI tools is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
