Role: Senior Software Engineer, Mobile Applications & IoT Systems

Location: Onsite in Singapore (full-time at client site)

Experience: 5 to 8 years

Context: The client has an existing BLE-based access control and smart property platform. The engineer will take over the current codebase (mobile apps, backend, docs), stabilise it, and extend it with the client's hardware developer.

Must-have

• Degree or Diploma in CS, Software Engineering or a related field
• 5 to 8 years in mobile app (Android and iOS) and backend development
• Proven experience taking over and improving an existing codebase
• Solid with APIs, databases, cloud deployment and Git
• Independent, and communicates clearly in English with hardware engineers

Strong plus

• BLE, IoT devices, embedded systems or software-hardware integration
• ESP32, device communication protocols, remote device management
• Domain experience in access control, smart building, security, hospitality or property
