As a Global Multilingual Search and RAG Expert, you will spearhead the technical evolution of our search kernel for international markets. You will tackle unique linguistic challenges such as code-switching in Southeast Asia, architect globally distributed RAG systems, and integrate localized AI Agents to create a differentiated, culturally-aware search experience.

Responsibilities:
Cross-lingual RAG & Semantic Alignment

: Lead the development of semantic alignment models for mixed-language scenarios

Resolve consistency issues in semantic understanding across diverse multilingual environments.

Design high-availability, low-latency global vector retrieval architectures.

Optimize

Cloud-Edge collaborative frameworks

to ensure a seamless and consistent search experience across different geographic regions.

Localized Ecosystem Agent Orchestration

: Implement natural language triggering and deep information aggregation for third-party Agent frameworks.

Build a localized service ecosystem within the search interface.

Multimodal Global Search Innovation

: Drive the deep fusion of multilingual vision and text within LLMs. Create differentiated search interaction experiences that reflect local cultural nuances in overseas markets.

Requirements:
PhD degree in Computer Science or other related fields.

3 years of experience in large-scale internet search or Q&A systems.

Proven track record of building global search architectures.

Experience leading the iteration of search kernels for major global internet products.

Mastery of Cross-lingual Model Alignment, large-scale vector retrieval, and multi-source heterogeneous data fusion techniques.

Experience collaborating with international teams.
