Location: Eunos OR Raffles Place
Duration: 12 months (Renewable)
Salary: Up to 3.3k/ month (1 month completion bonus)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 6:00pm

Responsibilities:
1.⁠ ⁠Attend to enquiries and requests from phone calls/live chats in a professional, efficient, accurate
and prompt manner

2.⁠ ⁠Resolve customers’ / financial representatives’ complaints and problems at first touchpoint
resolution with good closure

3.⁠ ⁠Update complete and accurate information on customer interaction in the Customer Relationship
Management (CRM) system

4.⁠ ⁠Ensure effective and timely follow-up as promised to customers / financial representatives

5.⁠ ⁠Assess appeals and put up recommendation to Managers/Head/HOD
6.Perform additional or overtime duties during operational exigencies when required

7.Assist with ad-hoc initiatives/projects when delegated by management

Requirements:

Preferably ’A’ Levels or Diploma holder with relevant working experience.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Possess a pleasant and cheerful disposition.
Meticulous and detailed-oriented.
High level of integrity and takes accountability of work and good attitude
