We are hiring a DLP Business Analyst with experience in Microsoft Purview DLP to support data protection and information security initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Information Security, Technology Risk, or Data Protection.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview DLP (requirements gathering, policy design, testing, and implementation).
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, gap analysis, UAT, stakeholder management, and project delivery.
• Ability to independently drive implementation projects and manage regional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in Banking / Financial Services environments is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements for DLP initiatives.
• Support DLP policy design, testing, deployment, and optimization.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Coordinate testing, documentation, and project deliverables.
• Work with security, risk, compliance, and business teams to ensure successful implementation.
