About the role
Tastings Group Limited is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team at Quinary, our award-winning cocktail lounge located in Central, Hong Kong. As a Bar Supervisor / Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, crafting creative cocktails, and contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of our acclaimed venue. This is a full-time position based in our Central and Western District location.
What you'll be doing: -
Expertly mixing and serving a wide variety of classic and signature cocktails.
Providing attentive and personalised table service to customers.
Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient work area.
Assisting with inventory management and ordering of bar supplies.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations.
What we're looking for: -
Minimum 2 years' experience in cocktail bar.
Extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bar operations.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a memorable dining experience.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for mixology and a creative flair for developing new cocktail recipes.
Eligible to work in Hong Kong
