Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.

Retail or fashion sales experience is preferred.

Fresh graduates and candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply.

Friendly, confident, and comfortable communicating with customers.

Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Willing to work on a rotating shift basis.

Able to work on weekends and public holidays.

Must be willing to work at Aman Central Mall, Kedah.

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Recommend suitable clothing, styles, and sizes based on customers' needs.

Provide customers with product information and styling advice.

Work towards individual and outlet sales targets.

Handle cashiering and payment transactions.

Replenish, arrange, and display merchandise.

Maintain outlet cleanliness and visual presentation.

Assist with stock receiving, stock counting, and stock transfers.

Support promotional activities and new product launches.

Perform other retail-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
