Job Summary

Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure timely project completion. Manage workers, subcontractors, and suppliers while maintaining safety standards and accurate site records. Prepare weekly progress reports and oversee site housekeeping.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to maintain workflow and meet project timelines

Manage and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient resource utilization and task completion

Communicate effectively with project Consultants and Owner to align site operations with project requirements

Monitor site progress and verify work completion according to schedule to maintain project milestones

Implement and enforce site safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel

Maintain accurate site records of safety incidents, progress updates, and manpower deployment for reporting and compliance

Prepare detailed weekly site progress reports to inform stakeholders of current status and issues

Oversee site housekeeping and cleanliness to promote a safe and organized worksite
