Personnel to be deployed atthe following hours:

• Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays: 7:00am to4:00pm, inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break.
• Tuesdays and Fridays: 7:00am to 3:30pm,inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break.
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays andgazetted public holidays.

Requirements:

• Full GCE O-Level or N-Level certificate, orequivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Three years of experience working in a schoolsetting is preferred.
• Ability to work constructively with students,show initiative and collaborate as part of a team.

Job Scopes:
The Servicesrequired are set out as follows:
1. Patrol the schoolcompound and nearby vicinity before, during and after school hours to maintainstudent orderliness.

2. Maintaindiscipline during recess and lunch breaks, support teachers with classroommanagement and provide interim student supervision when necessary.

3. Managelate-coming, attire and hair checks; analyse and track late-coming data usingappropriate software.

4. Act as a contactpoint for parents on student-management matters when required.

5. Assist theStudent Management Committee with preliminary investigations.

6. Manage detentionand suspension from class, and follow up with students who do not comply.

7. Help studentsresolve conflicts through restorative practices.

8. Enterstudent-management data and assist with administrative duties during schoolholidays and term breaks.

9. Support schoolsafety, including directing traffic, and carry out other duties assigned bySchool Leaders, HODs, Year Heads and the Administration Manager.
