Job Description

• Plan, coordinate and manage construction projects from commencement to completion.
• Supervise site activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, costs and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore safety regulations, building requirements and company procedures.
• Review technical drawings, method statements and project documentation.
• Identify and resolve site issues, delays and technical problems.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Prepare progress reports and provide updates to management.
• Manage project handover, defects rectification and completion works.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction/project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, site management and project coordination.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
• Good knowledge of workplace safety and Singapore construction regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD/other construction software is an advantage.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.
• Relevant Singapore construction experience will be an advantage.
