Job Description
- Responsible for daily cake frosting, piping, and decoration.
- Prepare and decorate various types of cakes according to company standards and design requirements.
- Skilled in using cream, piping bags, piping tips, and other cake decorating tools.
- Ensure the appearance, quality, and decoration of finished cakes meet company standards.
- Complete daily cake decorating tasks within the required timeframe according to the production schedule.
- Properly handle and manage ingredients to minimise unnecessary wastage.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the work area, equipment, and tools.
- Comply with food hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the company.


Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in cake decorating or cake piping.
- Proficient in cake frosting, cream piping, and cake decorating techniques.
- Able to independently handle cake frosting, piping, and decoration tasks.
- Good sense of aesthetics, with attention to detail and product quality.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced cake production environment.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a bakery, cake shop, or central kitchen is preferred.
- Applicants are required to provide photos of their previous cake decorating work.
