About the role

This role provides operational and business development support, including application processing, operator enquiries, documentation, reporting, data analysis, and new operator prospecting activities.

Key responsibilities

• Application processing, existing operator enquiries, documentation and follow-ups
• Excel dashboards and operator performance analysis
• Workload tracking and opportunity identification
• New operator prospecting and market research
• Acquisition support when required
• Maintain databases and track performance
• Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities
• Liaise professionally with existing operators and internal departments
• Work independently while supporting the Business Development Manager in daily operations and business development activities

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in business development support, sales coordination, account management, or administrative operations.
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical and Excel skills are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in maintaining databases, tracking performance, and analysing data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up on pending matters.
• Ability to identify issues, recommend improvements, and support business growth initiatives.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
