A leading international lifestyle retail brand is seeking an experienced General Manager, SEA to lead its retail business, drive commercial performance, and strengthen its market presence. This senior leadership role will oversee retail strategy, multi store operations, financial performance, and talent development, while ensuring consistent brand standards and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute country retail strategies to achieve sales, profitability, and business growth targets.
• Oversee multi store operations, monitoring sales performance, productivity, and key retail KPIs.
• Lead and develop retail management teams to strengthen leadership capabilities and drive business performance.
• Manage budgets, P&L performance, operating costs, and resource allocation to maximise profitability.
• Drive talent acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
• Partner with Merchandising, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, HR, Finance, and Property teams to execute retail initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify business opportunities.
• Ensure consistent brand presentation, customer experience, operational standards, and loss prevention practices across stores.
• Lead new market entry and store expansion initiatives, including site selection, store openings, recruitment, and operational readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement in retail processes, workforce productivity, and cost efficiency.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of senior retail management experience at country level.
• Proven track record in leading multi store operations, driving commercial growth, and managing overall business performance.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in developing teams and building a strong talent pipeline.
• Experience in market expansion and new store openings is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Customer focused, commercially driven, and able to thrive in a dynamic retail environment.
