Job Responsibilities

• Manage on-site execution of data centre projects, including: Module construction, Network deployment, Rack modification, Decommissioning, Ad-hoc cabling works
• Coordinate with TPM and local operations teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the required standards.
• Conduct IDC construction progress checks and provide timely updates and feedback to the TPM team.
• Manage project delivery across data centre sites within the assigned geographical area.
• Conduct preliminary site surveys and project assessments.
• Coordinate logistics and equipment/material deliveries.
• Manage on-site cabling, network integration and installation activities.
• Monitor project progress, quality and overall delivery timelines.
• Provide on-site engineering support during project implementation when required.
• Oversee project implementation across multiple data centre sites within the assigned area.

Requirements

• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data centre construction, project implementation or on-site data centre operations.
• Experience in project coordination or project management.
• IT-related background preferred.
• Knowledge of network architecture, servers, fibre optics and related infrastructure preferred.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin to support coordination with Mandarin-speaking regional project, technical, and business stakeholders
  Experience in large-scale data centre environments will be an advantage.
• Experience supporting Alibaba data centre projects will be an advantage.
  PMP or other relevant project management certification will be an advantage.
