岗位职责
Job Description:
Assist residents with daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
Support residents with meals, hydration and daily living activities.
Help residents with mobility, walking, wheelchair transfers and repositioning.
Monitor residents’ well-being and report changes in their condition to nurses.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety in residents’ rooms and common areas.
Requirements
Prior experience in healthcare, nursing homes or elderly care is preferred.
Diploma in Nursing / Higher Nitec in Community Care.
