As a Global Procurement Manager – IS/IT at Nestlé Global Procurement, your mission is lead commercial and sourcing activities for global IT software, hardware and telecommunications spend. We operate on a truly global scale, bringing together over 40 nationalities across three dynamic hubs in Switzerland, Panama, and Malaysia. You will make a difference by collaborating closely with IS/IT, procurement and finance stakeholders, as well as suppliers. How you’ll make an impact as a Global Procurement Manager – IS/IT

• Take end-to-end ownership of a global IS/IT procurement category, shaping and delivering the strategy to influence business outcomes at scale.
• Create measurable enterprise value by improving total cost of ownership, anticipating global supply and technology risks, and bringing innovation from the market into Nestlé.
• Own the global supplier strategy and lead high-impact negotiations with major technology partners, building relationships that strengthen commercial performance, innovation and operational resilience.
• Act as a trusted commercial partner to global IS/IT, procurement and finance leaders, influencing priorities and embedding the category strategy into investment decisions, budgets, forecasts and price planning.
• Ensure compliance with Nestlé’s Corporate Business Principles, policies and standards.
  
  

What Will Make You Successful

• Proven procurement experience in regional or global category management in IS/IT (software, hardware, telecoms) or adjacent digital services.
• Experience working in multinational environments with large-scale spend and complex operating models.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and senior leadership.
• Strong supplier management capabilities, including negotiation, communication and influencing at senior levels.
• Demonstrated use of risk management and responsible sourcing practices across the supplier lifecycle.
