Key Responsibilities

1. Own full-cycle recruitment for our Singapore entity: Sales/BD and Field Service, automation and project roles — intake, sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding.
2. Build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill technical roles across Southeast Asia.
3. Manage recruitment agencies, EOR/payroll vendors and work-pass agents. • Run HR operations for the Singapore team: contracts, onboarding/offboarding, probation, leave and claims.
4. Coordinate monthly payroll, CPF and statutory filings (IR8A / IR21).
5. Localize HQ policies to Singapore requirements — Employment Act, MOM, PDPA.
6. Drive performance cycles and handle employee relations matters.

Job Requirements

1. 3–5 years HR experience, with 2+ years running full-cycle recruitment in Singapore.
2. Track record hiring both commercial and technical/engineering profiles.
3. Working knowledge of Employment Act, work passes (EP / S Pass / WP), CPF and PDPA.
4. Experience with outsourced payroll or EOR, and with ATS/HRIS tools.
5. Fluent English; Mandarin a plus.
6. Hands-on, comfortable being the only HR person in the room.
