Core Responsibilities

Mobile-first Filming (B-rolls & Visuals)

• Knows how to navigate Meta Business Suite
• Manages assigned client social media accounts
• Capture high-quality b-rolls and short-form videos using your mobile phone
• Follow creative direction and shooting guides for client campaigns
• Coordinate in-office or on-site shoots

Editing with CapCut / Adobe Premiere Pro (Non-negotiable)

• Edit videos using CapCut (required)
• Combine voiceovers, subtitles, transitions, and stock clips into cohesive, compelling content
• Work with footage provided by other teams and edit to meet platform-specific standards

Social Media-Ready Content

• Deliver engaging TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook content
• Optimize for fast-paced attention-grabbing formats
• Understand content pacing, music trends, and visual hooks

Collaboration & Review

• Collaborate with content and marketing teams on direction and performance goals
• Implement feedback quickly and maintain consistent brand tone

Hard Skills (Must-Have)

• CapCut / Adobe Premiere editing (proficient)
• Strong mobile phone shooting (natural light, framing, basic direction)
• Familiarity with short-form storytelling
• Able to deliver quickly and iterate fast
• Understands TikTok/IG content style and viral formatting
• Pick up videography

Soft Skills (Essential)

• Creative eye and visual instinct
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
• Open to feedback and collaborative improvement
• Good time management and meeting deadlines
• Comfortable in a fast-moving team

Bonus Points If You Have

• Basic sound editing or motion graphics skills
• Experience with product demos, ads, or UGC-style content
• Interest in digital marketing or performance content
• Worked with agencies or content creators before

Hybrid Role

3 days in-office/on-site | 2 days remote unless required otherwise

Hiring: Video Content Creator + Social Media Manager (Fluent in Mandarin & English)

Salary: RM3,200 – RM3,700/month (negotiable based on experience)

Experience: Minimum 1-2 year (fulltime)

Location: Hybrid (13-31, Menara Mutiara Sentral, KL + WFH)
