Role Description The Growth Partnership Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore, responsible for driving strategic partnerships and business development for Ascendo Academy. This role involves identifying and engaging potential corporate and institutional partners, presenting training solutions, and managing end-to-end relationship development. The executive will collaborate with internal teams to design tailored learning packages, coordinate proposals, and support contract negotiations. Day-to-day activities include prospecting, conducting meetings and presentations, managing partner accounts, tracking performance metrics, and preparing regular reports on partnership outcomes. The role also involves attending relevant industry events and networking opportunities to expand Ascendo Academy’s reach and support sustainable growth.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategic plans.

• Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives concurrently.
• Prior experience in education, training, or professional development sectors is an advantage.
