We’re hiring: Partnership Manager – Malaysia

As Z-waka continues to grow our presence in Malaysia, we’re looking for a Partnership Manager based in Kuala Lumpur to join our Malaysia team.

This is a full-time role for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing partnerships and working closely with healthcare professionals, medical societies, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies and other healthcare organizations.

You’ll be one of the early members helping us build Z-waka Malaysia, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership, opening doors, building relationships from the ground up and working closely with our regional team across Southeast Asia.

What you’ll work on:

• Build and manage partnerships with medical societies, hospitals, universities and professional associations
• Develop long-term relationships with KOLs, healthcare leaders and medical experts
• Help grow Z-waka’s HCP communities and professional networks in Malaysia
• Identify opportunities for CME/CPD, digital medical education and HCP engagement programmes
• Work with pharma and healthcare clients to understand their priorities and support relevant partnership opportunities
• Support meetings, proposals, programme concepts and follow-up with partners and clients

The role is particularly suitable for someone with experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, medical education, digital health, medical communications, healthcare partnerships or related areas, and who understands the Malaysian healthcare ecosystem.

A medical, pharmacy, life-sciences, public-health or business background would be useful, but what matters most to us is your ability to build genuine relationships, communicate well, follow through and take ownership.
