Our client is a global pioneer in advanced automation, machine vision, and packaging machinery systems. Operating out of Melaka, they serve major industrial manufacturers across the APAC region.

About The Job

This position focuses on maximizing account value by managing post-sales relationships and selling technical upgrades to existing clients. You will serve as the trusted technical consultant for major industrial accounts across Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell equipment upgrades, retrofits, spare parts, and long-term service contracts to key accounts.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with regional manufacturing clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for client after-sales inquiries and technical solutions.
• Conduct field visits to customer manufacturing sites across the APAC region.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, track service opportunities, and manage operational reports.
  
  

Skills & Experience Required

• At least 4 years of experience in sales, service, or account management within industrial automation.
• Educational background in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex manufacturing equipment.
• Willingness to travel regionally across Asia for customer site visits and account reviews.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Melaka for daily onsite office reporting.
