Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This position is responsible for driving membership growth and promoting BIGBROS GYM’s training and coaching services to prospective and existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include engaging walk-in visitors, responding to inquiries, conducting gym tours, and explaining program options and pricing. The Sales Specialist will follow up on leads, manage a sales pipeline, and close sales while maintaining accurate records in the CRM or member management system. The role also involves collaborating with trainers to match clients with suitable programs, providing excellent customer service, handling basic administrative tasks related to memberships, and supporting promotional events or campaigns.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for engaging clients, explaining programs clearly, and building professional relationships.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide a positive gym experience, respond to inquiries, and address concerns promptly.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert leads, handle objections, and meet or exceed membership and revenue targets.
• Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management skills to understand fitness offerings, coordinate with coaches, and support organized sales processes.
• Previous experience in fitness, wellness, or gym sales is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Singapore, including evenings or weekends as needed.
• Comfortable using basic digital tools (CRM systems, email, spreadsheets) for tracking leads and memberships.
• Motivated, goal-oriented mindset and a strong interest in strength training, hypertrophy, or body recomposition.
