DATA ADMINISTRATION /DATA SUPPORT – ONGOING OPPORTUNITIES

We are assisting our clients with ongoing recruitment for Data Administration and Data Support positions across Singapore.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Depending on the position, duties may include:

• Entering, updating and maintaining data accurately

• Checking and verifying information in databases and systems

• Preparing data reports and summaries

• Maintaining records and documentation

• Performing data reconciliation and quality checks

• Supporting data-related administrative activities

• Extracting and compiling information for reporting purposes

• Assisting with other administrative or analytical tasks where required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant qualifications in Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Statistics or a related discipline will be considered

• Relevant data administration or analytical experience will be an advantage

• Good numerical and analytical skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant digital tools

• Knowledge of data analysis or reporting tools will be an advantage where applicable

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS

• Monday to Friday, 5-day work week

• Work locations are island wide and will depend on the specific position

• Salary will be commensurate with the job scope, relevant qualifications, skills, experience and prevailing market rates

• Working hours and employment duration will vary according to the specific position
