Job Summary

Support accounting and corporate secretarial functions by preparing financial statements, XBRL reports, and management accounts while providing administrative and secretarial assistance to ensure accurate financial documentation and smooth office operations.

Responsibilities

Perform administrative tasks to support daily office operations and ensure workflow efficiency
Prepare management accounts and perform bookkeeping to maintain accurate client financial records
Compile financial statements and prepare XBRL reports to comply with regulatory and client requirements
Draft and organize corporate secretarial documents to ensure compliance with governance standards
Cross-check and reconcile financial data to maintain accuracy and update files systematically
Maintain documentation and filing systems to support audit readiness and facilitate information retrieval
Execute ad-hoc duties as assigned to support team and organizational objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Apply knowledge of accounting principles and practical accounting experience to support financial tasks
Communicate clearly in English and Mandarin for effective documentation and coordination
Manage multiple tasks with meticulous attention to detail in financial and administrative duties
Handle confidential information professionally and with discretion
Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment to achieve goals
Use Microsoft Excel and Word proficiently for document preparation and data management
