Location
Start point: West Singapore
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm (or until daily jobs are completed)
Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm (or until daily jobs are completed)
Salary & Incentives (Clear Breakdown)
Basic Salary: $3,500/month
Performance-Based Earnings:
Trip Incentive: $17 per trip (for trips exceeding 180 per month)
Attendance Incentive: $200/month
Full payout with perfect attendance and proper reporting
KPI Incentive: $400/month
Payable only upon achieving minimum 180 trips/month
Estimated Gross Salary:
$3,500 (Basic)
$200 (Attendance)
$400 (KPI – upon hitting 180 trips)
Additional trip incentives
Total potential: Up to $5,000/month or more depending on trips completed
Job Scope:
Report daily to traffic control team
Ensure timely delivery of import cargo & collection of export cargo
Maintain communication via radio at all times
Verify delivery documents (DO, permits, etc.)
Handle customs permit endorsements at checkpoints
Ensure proper cargo handling and tallying
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic upkeep
Report accidents, damages, or discrepancies promptly
Comply with all workplace safety requirements
Perform any other duties assigned
Job Requirements:
Valid Singapore Class 4 or 5 Driving License
Minimum 3 years of prime mover driving experience
Familiar with PSA import/export and trucking procedures
Experience with container yard operations
