Requirements
- 工料测量师和/或建筑管理专业的大专/本科学历
- 至少1年相关领域的工作经验
- 熟悉MS Windows、MS Office和MS Project
- 具备良好的组织和时间管理能力
- 能够在最少的监督下工作并表现出团队合作精神
- 灵活，能够出差和长时间工作
Responsibilities
- 与顾问及承包商联系与协调，负责项目的整体协调工作，包括项目规划、预算与成本控制、安全及质量体系的执行。
- 跟进向当地政府部门申请规划与建筑图纸的审批事宜。
- 能够审核施工图纸并进行建筑材料的估算。
- 协助项目的实施与现场施工进度的监督。
- 按照项目经理的要求，准备相关报告。
