Job Summary
Lead and coordinate installation teams at construction sites to plan, execute, and oversee project works while ensuring safety compliance and efficient resource utilization.
Responsibilities
Lead installation teams to plan and execute construction works according to project schedules
Plan and deploy manpower effectively for site operations
Optimize the utilization of manpower, raw materials, and consumables to support project efficiency
Oversee construction activities and resolve technical issues promptly to maintain workflow
Ensure all site works comply with established safe work procedures
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Minimum 3 years of work experience in the construction industry
Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, analytical thinking, and effective teamwork
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
