Role Description This remote role (Logistics Solutions Analyst / Logistics Solutions Engineer / Logistics Solutions Manager) is focused on optimizing logistics and supply chain processes across PHG’s venues. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing operational and inventory data, mapping current logistics workflows, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline ordering and distribution between venues and suppliers. The role collaborates closely with venue managers, procurement, and finance teams to design and implement practical logistics solutions, including standardized procedures, reporting dashboards, and performance metrics. The position also supports ongoing monitoring of logistics performance, prepares clear documentation, and communicates recommendations to stakeholders to ensure logistical operations align with business goals and guest experience standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to interpret operational data and generate actionable insights.
• Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Process skills to assess workflows, document requirements, and design improved logistics processes.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with venue teams, present findings, and support change management.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations within hospitality, retail, or related industries is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines is required.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, data visualization tools, and basic reporting platforms is advantageous.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
